Billing & Refund
At EnvatoForest, users have complete control over their payments, with no automatic charges. We accept various payment gateways, including Razorpay, Stripe, Binance, PayPal, and more, allowing users to choose their preferred payment method. Refunds, if necessary, are processed through the same payment gateways used for the original transaction. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and gateway. Refunds are provided if the primary tools accessed through EnvatoForest do not function properly for more than three days.
Account Suspension
Accounts involved in activities such as sharing accounts or spam-related activities can face permanent suspension. Users can request a counter review by contacting customer support via the live chat feature. The review process for these counter reviews typically takes 2-3 days to complete.
Warning – Account Usage
Each user is allowed only one ISP/IP. Using multiple IPs or attempting to access accounts through VPNs or RDPs is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms can result in a permanent ban from EnvatoForest. Users can report any mistakes or request manual reviews through the live chat section. The review process for these requests may take up to 3-4 days.
Services & Uptime
Temporary downtime may occur due to the nature of outsourced accounts used by our service. Some tools may have functional limitations imposed by their official sources, which are beyond EnvatoForest’s control. Bonus tools provided as free extras may not always be permanently accessible on a user’s dashboard. Prices and the duration of services offered may change at any time at the discretion of EnvatoForest.
